ERROR 401:
Could not connect to <Server> on port <Port Number>
Description:
The Knowledge Base Server could not be contacted on the specified port.
Resolution:
Verify that the Knowledge Base Server is running on the specified port. If the Knowledge Base Server is running, then set the OPENMAKE_SERVER environment variable to point to the Knowledge Base Server URL using the IP Address instead of the host name.
